Firts Floor: Two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies with lovely sea views of Calpe and the Peñon de Ifach rock. The well furnished and tastefully decorated throughout and has central heating in all rooms.
Outside: Covered terrace, large sun terrace, mature gardens and lawns, 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, built brick BBQ, roof terrace, outside shower and sun beds, parasols and patio furniture are provided. The quiet area combined with good sea views make this is an idea location for a relaxing holiday. Off road parking is available.

Local activities in and around Calpe, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish coast that extends along the Mediterranean. Its climate is perfect and the beaches are considered to be some of the finest in the world.
To the north a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea and to the south, a vast stretch of sand, palm trees and salt deposits make picturesque backdrop to the pristine beaches.
Calpe is a beautiful romantic village, with many sandy beaches perfect for swimming and surfing. There are many places of archeological interest in the area that are well worth a visit, such as the Iglesia Antigua and the church Senora de las Nieves which are both located in the center of Calpe.
