Ground Floor: One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a luxury family bathroom, shower room, spacious living room and separate fully fitted kitchen.
First Floor: Two twin bedrooms, one with balcony, family bathroom, separate shower room and roof top solarium.
Outside: Covered terrace, 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps, large sun terrace, poolside shower, a brick built barbecue and a shaded car-port, which has a pathway leading up to the ground floor area, through well kept ornamental gardens. Patio furniture and sun loungers and parasols are provided.

Local activities in and around Calpe, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish coast that extends along the Mediterranean. Its climate is perfect and the beaches are considered to be some of the finest in the world.
To the north a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the seaand to the south, a vast stretch of sand, palm trees and salt deposits make picturesque backdrop to the pristine beaches.
Calpe is a beautiful romantic village, with many sandy beaches perfect for swimming and surfing. There are many places of archeological interest in the area that are well worth a visit, such as the Iglesia Antigua and the church Senora de las Nieves which are both located in the center of Calpe.
