Outside: Sun terraces, 8m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool, poolside shower, large covered BBQ and an awning available to create a shaded ‘Alfresco’ dining area. The villa is enclosed by a high wall to give good privacy. There are also mature gardens, a roof top solarium/terrace and off road parking.

The Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish coast that extends along the Mediterranean. Its climate is perfect and the beaches are considered to be some of the finest in the world.
To the north a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the seaand to the south, a vast stretch of sand, palm trees and salt deposits make picturesque backdrop to the pristine beaches.
Calpe is a beautiful romantic village, with many sandy beaches perfect for swimming and surfing. There are many places of archeological interest in the area that are well worth a visit, such as the Iglesia Antigua and the church Senora de las Nieves which are both located in the center of Calpe.
