This brand new, three bedroom property is based in Montechoro, just 500 meters from the main strip of bars, restaurants, shops, clubes etc. With top class fixtures and fittings and a large pool area and with its own private roof terrace and full air-conditioning, this is certainly one of the best apartments we have to offer for the up and coming 2008 season.
Early booking is reccommended as some dates are already booked.
The three bedroom property as a large entrance hall, three bedrooms, two with a double beds and private balconies and the other bedroom is supplied with single beds .
The lounge area is of a good size and leads out to a 75 meter square roof terrace supplied with bbq, table, chairs and sunloungers.
The fully eqquipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for a great holiday.
The large pool area is enclosed and only entered by a private gate (keys supplied).
There is also plenty of space to park a car, though one is not needed as everything is within a few minutes walk.
