Ground Floor: Twin bedroom with adjacent W.C, stylish master double suite with walk in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom featuring twin vanity basins, luxurious sunken bath and Jacuzzi, comfortable lounge, dining area, and a fitted kitchen with patio doors to an outside dining terrace.
First Floor: Two twin bedrooms, family bathroom and roof top solarium with magnificent views. All the rooms are exceptionally large with high ceilings and sizable windows. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom.
Outside: Covered patio and open teraces with a BBQ area, 12m x 6m swimming pool, with roman steps, lawns and mature gardens and high hedging to give total privacy. The villa is accessed via a lockable double gate and approached by a long drive though private grounds with orchards.

Local activities in and around Alcudia, Mallorca
The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
Alcúdia is a main tourist centre and boasts a stunning beach that stretches for 6 miles. It is possible to take botat trips around the island from the Port D'acudia and there are are daily ferry trips to Menorca and Barcelona. It is also home to the Bellevue complex which is the largest resort in Europe, where you can find endless entertainment.
There are many quaint little bars and a diverse range of restaurants to choose from, where you are sure to find something for everyone.
There are also many beautiful shops along the harbour where you can buy porcelain, jewellery and the like. The harbour is pedestrianized and is beautiful to walk along in the early evening.
