This luxurious detached villa is conveniently located in open countryside, yet within easy reach of the old town of Alcudia and the resort of Puerto Alcudia, where a good selection of restaurants and shops can be found along with the sandy beach which is just 2km away.
The accommodation comprises of;
Ground Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, spacious lounge / dining room and fully fitted breakfast kitchen.
First Floor (accessed by marble stairway): Master double bedroom, which benefits from air conditioning and has an en-suite shower room. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard.
Outside: Large covered terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture and a portable barbecue, large sun terrace with sun beds and parasols and a 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps. The villa is constructed on a very large enclosed plot with extensive mature gardens and well kept lawns. At the front of the house there is a long driveway with gates to allow secure parking for a number of cars.

Local activities in and around Alcudia, Mallorca
The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: Where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
Alcúdia is a main tourist centre and boasts a stunning beach that stretches for 6 miles. It is possible to take botat trips around the island from the Port D'acudia and there are are daily ferry trips to Menorca and Barcelona. It is also home to the Bellevue complex which is the largest resort in Europe, where you can find endless entertainment.
There are many quaint little bars and a diverse range of restaurants to choose from, where you are sure to find something for everyone. There are also many beautiful shops along the harbour where you can buy porcelain, jewellery and the like. The harbour is pedestrianized and is beautiful to walk along in the early evening.
