Ground Floor: Double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with ensuite shower rooms, well furnished lounge, dining room and separate fitted kitchen.
First Floor: Large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped to a high standard and benefiting from ceiling fans in the living rooms. Portable Air conditioning units are avaialble to hire (subject to availability).
Outside: Covered side terrace, large open sun terrace surrounding, 8m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps for easy access, poolside shower, patio furniture, sun beds, parasols and a portable BBQ. Set in an enclosed plot with lockable gates the villa offers extremely good all round privacy.
The mature ornamental gardens with numerous palms and shrubs to the front and rear plus sea views from the first floor balcony make this an ideal location for a quite relaxing holiday. Off road parking is available in front of the garage.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: Where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The beautiful Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
