The pretty resort of Cala San Vincente is just 15 minutes walk away and offers a number of fine restaurants, shops and a safe sandy beach.
The accommodation comprises of;
Ground Floor: Spacious lounge / dining room, with an open fire place, twin bedroom, family bathroom, fitted kitchen, utility room, store room and pantry.
First Floor: One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room. Refurbishment throughout has been done to a high standard preserving many of the house’s original features including the exposed beams and magnificent stone fireplace.
Outside: Large covered terrace and steps to a roof terrace, extensive lawns and flower beds, 9m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, brick-built barbeque, patio furniture and sun beds and parasols. This country setting away from the road offers excellent privacy in a tranquil and secluded setting.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The nearest town to Cala San Vincente is Pollensa old town, known for its winding cobbled streets, and medieval feel.
The area has many beaches, Cala Barques being the largest and prettiest, which offers visitors the choice of a few small restaurants, bars and shops, and there are many sun beds, beach umbrellas and pedaloes available for hire.
