First Floor: One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom, a balcony and a family bathroom. From here, there is access to a roof terrace.
Lower Level: Two twin bedrooms, toilet and large TV lounge. Portable Air Conditioning is available to hire (subject to availability)
Outside: Sun terrace, 5m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool, poolside shower, brick built BBQ, ornamental gardens and off road parking.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The beautiful nearby town of Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
