This superb detached country house is conveniently located in open countryside yet only a short stoll away from Manresa beach, a local supermarket and a restaurant. The old town of Alcudia with its ancient roman ruins, narrow streets and weekly market is just 1.5km away.
The accommodation comprises of;
Ground Floor: Spacious split level lounge / dining room, breakfast area and kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have access to a large balcony. This centrally heated villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. Portable Air Conditioning Units are available to hire (subject to availability).
Outside: Covered terrace, brick built barbeque, separate Pizza oven, shaded eating area, 6m x 6m swimming pool and lawns surrounding the remains of a waterwheel. The well established gardens benefit from fruit tress, shrubs and flower beds.
To the side of the villa there is a large ‘play area’ with concrete surface, suitable for football, badminton or tennis (nets not supplied) and off road parking for a number of cars.

Local activities in and around Alcudia, Mallorca
The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
Alcúdia is a main tourist centre and boasts a stunning beach that stretches for 6 miles. It is possible to take botat trips around the island from the Port D'acudia and there are are daily ferry trips to Menorca and Barcelona. It is also home to the Bellevue complex which is the largest resort in Europe, where you can find endless entertainment.
There are many quaint little bars and a diverse range of restaurants to choose from, where you are sure to find something for everyone. There are also many beautiful shops along the harbour where you can buy porcelain, jewellery and the like. The harbour is pedestrianized and is beautiful to walk along in the early evening.
