Ground Floor: Double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, a shower room, laundry room, spacious living room with dining table and separate fully fitted kitchen.
First Floor: Second large sitting room, which is equipped with a drinks bar with fridge and a large balcony off it, two further twin bedrooms, a full family bathroom and a storeroom. Portable air conditioning units are avaialble to hire subject to availability.
Outside: Covered terrace equipped with patio furniture, open sun terraces, 6m x 4m private swimming pool with roman steps, a roof top solarium and a brick built BBQ. The villa benefits from ornamental gardens and lawns. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The beautiful Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
