Inside: Two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one family bathroom, one shower room, a spacious lounge with open fire, a dining room and separate kitchen. A second sitting room, off the lounge, has been converted for use as a forth bedroom, having a single bed and sofa bed.
Outside: Small sun lounge, with table and chairs give access to well kept mature gardens, a 7m x 4m swimming pool, brick built barbecue, outside shower and sun terraces. Off road parking is available in the gated driveway.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The cobbled streets of nearby pollensa are narrow and compact, a leftover from the towns medieval past. Most of its houses were built in the 17th and 18th. The central square is called Plaça Major and there are many quaint outdoor cafés and shops for you to choose from there. The square is dominated by the large and breathtaking 13th century church Esglèsia de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, which is well worth a visit.
The beaches of the area are always popular, and there are many dive schools available to enable you to explore the beauty of the underwater world.
