The accommodation comprises of;
Ground Floor: Double doors to entrance hallway and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
First Floor: Marble staircase to one twin bedroom, a double bedroom and family shower room, which also houses the washing machine. From here there is access to a roof top solarium.
Lower Level: From the entrance hallway, another marble staircase leads down to a spacious living / dining room with large side picture windows and patio doors which give access to the terraces, and a small fitted separate kitchen. Air conditioning is now available in all the bedrooms. (extra cost)
Outside: Patio doors give access to a large sun terrace, lawns and gardens, 8m x 4.5m pool which overlooks a rocky cove, BBQ, and patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided.

The beautiful Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
