This lovely private villa is located in peaceful open countryside, just 1km from the shops and restaurants on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa. The beach resorts of Cala San Vincente and Puerto Pollensa are just a few minutes drive away.
The accommodation in the main house comprises of;
First Floor: A master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, and a second shower room.
Ground Floor: Spacious lounge / dinning room and archway to separate fully fitted breakfast / kitchen and laundry room off. In addition at this level there is a family bathroom. The villa is furnished throughout to a high standard in keeping with a typical Mallorca country house.
Accessed externally from the courtyard, further accommodation can be found in a self contained annex having two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room.
Outside: Large covered terrace with a long wooded table and chairs, brick built BBQ, extensive well kept gardens, 9m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps, poolside shower, and sun beds, patio furniture and parasols. There are extensive country and mountain views in this tranquil setting.
The villa is approached by a long private drive and has covered parking areas for two cars. Please note the driveway is fairly narrow and caution is advised for parties in large vehicles.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The cobbled streets of pollensa are narrow and compact, a leftover from the towns medieval past. Most of its houses were built in the 17th and 18th . The central square is called Plaça Major and there are many quaint outdoor cafés and shops for you to choose from there. The square is dominated by the large and breathtaking 13th century church Esglèsia de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, which is well worth a visit.
The beaches of the area are always popular, and there are many dive schools available to enable you to explore the beauty of the underwater world.
