Heeten lies in the heart of the Salland Hillside, 13 km. north-east of Deventer and 45 km. west of Almelo. The house is situated on a small park which is still under construction, just outside Heeten en near the forests. From the park you can take lovely walks and bike rides through the forests and along the meadows. It is also possible to fish in the surroundings. The house is recently built in the style of a Salland homestead with the typical reed roof. The house is comfortable and has a small sauna. Around the house lies a large garden which is, with the exception of the drive way, completely surrounded and has garden furniture.
Specifics:
The park is still under construction and therefore there can be construction activities however there will be no construction done straight besides the house.
