First Floor: One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, large living room and small kitchenette. Portable Air conditioning units are avaialble to hire (subject to availability).
Outside: Sun terraces, 7m x 4m swimming pool, brick-built BBQ, patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol. There are mature gardens to the side and front of the villa, with off road parking in the drive.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The beautiful Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
