This spacious detached villa is conveniently located in a front line position benefiting from panoramic sea views across the entrance to Cala Egos, one of the popular beaches of Cala D’or.
It is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The gardens extend down to the rocky coastline giving access into the sea. (There is no barrier, so young children must be supervised at all times).

Outside: Large sun terrace, lawns and gardens, 9m x 4m pool with roman steps, portable BBQ and patio furniture, sun beds and parasols. There is off road parking for at least two cars in the driveway. The magnificent sea views from the villa, pool area and gardens plus the gentle sound of the sea are a truly wonderful experience.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The beautiful Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
