Ground Floor: One double bedroom, one family bathroom, a small sitting area with open fireplace, main dining room, fitted kitchen and separate utility room.
First Floor: Spacious sitting area, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony, a children’s room with bunk beds and a family bathroom.
Outside: 8m x 4m private swimming pool with roman steps, brick built BBQ, open terrace and patio furniture, including sun beds and parasols.

The stunning Balearic islands have everything you might need: where the mountains meet the sea you will find lovely unspoilt coves, and in the mountains themselves lie many charming towns and monasteries. Across the centre and to the south east of the island lie plains dotted with windmills, whilst olive and almond groves flourish in the rich soil.
The beautiful Cala D'or offers many small, fine sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing on. The town centre is very lively in the summer months but much more low key than the larger and more populated resorts in Mallorca, therefore perfect for those with young families.
The also area offers a wide variety of quaint shops, and bars and restaurants. The marina area is very popular and it houses many exclusive yachts and chartered boats throughout the year.
