Mature gardens to the front and rear add to the tranquil relaxing environment. The villa benefits from off-road parking for two or three cars. A small ‘below stairs’ apartment is occupied by the house caretaker.

Local activities in and around Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
Known as the Isla de los Volcanes, Lanzarote is the most easterly of the Canaries. It is a dry and generally flat island that owes its landscape to the activity of volcanoes, which are now dormant. The volcanic ash and craters have been turned to the islander's advantage in a novel method of vine cultivation.
The nearby town of Puerto del Carmen, originally a small fishing village, still has the old harbour, which is a delightful place to visit, housing some excellent seafood restaurants and bars.
There are beautiful white sandy beaches in the area, and tranquil blue waters of the atlantic, which are perfect for swimming and other water sports.
There are many opportunities for sport in the area, including diving, swimming, cycling and running.
