Villa Yanis is equipped with satellite TV, DVD with Surround Sound and Sony Playstation.
The mature private gardens and terrace area have 4 Sunloungers and a Sun umbrella for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun, a stone built barbeque and outside dining area with seating for 6 people. The Swimming Pool is 8 meters x 4 meters and ample size for the whole family to cool down.
Villa Yanis is privately owned and ideally located just a short walking distance from the Sandy Blue Flag Beach of Coral Bay, where you can sunbathe, relax and swim in the warm Mediterranean sea.

The locals are warm, friendly and very welcoming, English is widely spoken so there are no communication problems. There are plenty of shops and super markets selling all that is required.
