Casa Areias offers a wide range of facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and sauna.
Also offered is a snack-bar, childrens pool, barbeque, and pool table.
Free transport to the beaches of Praia Da Oura or Albufeira old town is offerred three times a week (Reservation Required).
A low-rise building on the ground floor and two upper levels, the apartments comprise two studios, a one bedroom apartment, and ten two bedroom apartments.
There are simply designed with cool whitewashed walls in the traditional style.
Most have south facing patio or balcony, the upper apartments having an ocean view.
Those in the main building look onto the swimming pool and sun terrace where a convivial bar serves snacks and cold drinks throughout the day until 8pm.
There is a shared barbeque area too, and nicely lawned gardens enclosed by a surrounding hedge.
The tennis court is free of charge, but balls must be purchased.
Rackets are available although keen players are advised to bring their own!
