The "Corte Malvasia 1" apartment is one of the two recently renovated studios, located on a quiet little area off Salizzada San Lio, just 200 metres from St. Mark Square. The apartment entrance – which is situated just in front of the house where the famous Venetian painter Canaletto lived – is a picturesque private little courtyard with a seasonal garden.
Easily reachable by public and private transport, the "Corte Malvasia 1" apartment consists of a living-room with a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, a double bed, a bathroom with shower (and sauna). The apartment is at the first floor and it can accommodate up to four people. In the apartment there is air conditioning.
The apartment is very quiet despite being in a central location. Also, a few steps away from the apartment, there are a large well stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and veg shop, and also one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice. Having all these facilities on the doorstep, particularly the the supermarket, is a great advantage for self caterers. The owners Paolo and Francesca will be at your disposal for useful information and suggestions for your stay in Venice.
