Shanagarry village is located in the centre of Ballycotton. These luxurious four bedroom houses are close to Ballycotton beach (approx 2miles). Perfectly located, the area boasts tourist attractions such as Garryvoe Hotel, Grapefruit Moon Restaurant and Spanish Point, Ballymaloe House and Cookery School and Stephen Pierce Pottery.
Located just a five minute walk from the small village of Shanagarry, these holiday homes are designed and finished to the highest standard. Using the local designs of Stephen Pierce the properties are finished to the highest standard. Each of the four bedrooms is stylishly finished with flat screen televisions and wall mounted Hi Fi’s.
There are two double ensuite bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. The other two bedrooms, located on the second floor are a twin room and a single room. It should be noted that there are zip lock beds so the sleeping accommodation can be tailored to suit your requirements (on request). All bed linen is provided however guests need to bring their own towels.
Downstairs the property boasts a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen cum dining cum living room.
The living area is beautifully finished. Features include leather furniture, a large wall-mounted, digital, flat screen television, and a stylish gas fire with chrome and white stone design. The television is hooked up to a PC offering guest’s free broadband internet access while also acting as a DVD player. (The Keyboard is wireless.)
The kitchen is fully fitted offering guests all utensils, delph, and crockery. It is beautifully finished in a cotemporary design using black marble counters and chrome finishing.
The properties have small open plan gardens. There is an onsite volley ball pitch and the development is surrounded by green areas.
