An elegantly-designed front-line townhouse at La Torre has stunning views overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course. It is located in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for golfers or young families, only 100 metres to the children’s play area and just a six minute walk from the nearest of the Resort’s thirteen swimming pools. Another seven minutes and you’re in the village centre, where you can wine and dine in an abundance of bars and restaurants.
Superbly located on La Torre Golf, with many onsite facilities, and just 15 minutes to the fine Mar Menor beaches.
Comfortably sleeps 4 Adults. The property features 2 double en-suite bedrooms. Many other facilities such as fax are available at the main centre close by.
The fully air-conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size bed, if you prefer. There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights.
There's wireless broadband available throughout the house and a telephone for incoming calls, plus free calls to other properties on the various Polaris World resorts.
Downstairs: One bedroom is downstairs, plus a shower room, incorporating toilet, sink & bidet. In the lounge area there's a leather corner suite, satellite TV with UK channels, a DVD/video player and a CD player. The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to a patio and barbecue area, with its fantastic views of the golf course. You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetière, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Upstairs: The master bedroom is upstairs, with patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course, palm trees and lake. On the terrace you'll find a table (with umbrella), four chairs and four sun-loungers. The master bathroom includes a bath (with shower), vanity basin, toilet and bidet. Kingsize or twin bedlinen is available, choices must be specified in advance.

Abou La Torre Golf: The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few. 15 mins from San Javier airport. 40 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia City.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer. There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.
The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including: La Encina Restaurant. Trattoria Acacia Italian Restaurant. Clover Irish Sports Tavern. El Roble Tapas Bar. El Avellano Ice Cream Parlour. Wood House Bar & Coffee Lounge. Pino's Bar. Tennis courts. Children's playground.
There is also an on-site Supermarket with home delivery service, it is a lovely supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies, Spanish and English and is surprisingly not overpriced.
