Finca de Lara-Bell is a privately owned luxury villa only 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport located between the villages of Almogia and Casabermeja.It is situated along a quiet country lane, offering peace and seclusion. There are uninterrupted far-reaching views in every direction with the famous El Torcal Mountains to the north. Private swimming pool, B.B.Q and 6 beds.
The villa has been completely refurbished and is finished and equipped to a very high standard, it has six bedrooms, four in the main house and two in the separate self-contained annex providing accommodation for up to sixteen people. The units are rented as a whole.
The bedrooms in the main house are arranged as one double with en-suite, one large twin and a large children’s room with two sets of bunk beds, the fourth can be used as an additional sitting room as it has two sofa beds in it .The annex has a large double with en-suite shower room and a large twin with family bath room. In addition the main house has two further bathrooms a delightful sitting room with T.V Video C.D etc and patio doors out to the impressive terrace and swimming pool a large kitchen utility and separate dining room.
There is an integral terrace to the rear where there is a table tennis table. Downstairs in the annex is a further bathroom and superb kitchen / sitting room again with T.V Video C.D etc, all rooms are furnished to a very high standard including leather sofa and rustic style furnishings.
