Starkenburg lies 15 km. south-east of Kröv. The village combines the charm of the Moezel with the forests and meadows of the Hünsruck. The altitude of 250 metres offers lovely spots from where you have a splendid view at the surrounding region. In this characteristic house several small specific details were maintained from the beginning of last century, this distinguished the entire from the ?ordinaryö holiday house. The comfortable homes (approx. 60 m²) are situated in the separate left part of the house and have a private entrance. The DE-54524-020 lies on the ground floor and the DE-56843-03 on the first floor. The homes are well kept and furnished in a romantic way and both have two bedrooms. The communal large fenced garden with nice pond (not fenced), garden furniture and barbeque is an excellent place to be on a hot summer day. Underneath the old trees you will find some coolness and the opportunity to enjoy the specialty of the region: the sweet Moezel wine.
