The 'Eersteling' is a sturdy two-masted ship built in 1908 for freight transport. Since 1993 it has been used as a sailing passenger ship. Since 2004 Herbert Kamphuis is her proud owner and he has given the 'Eersteling' a new image. Cosiness and relaxation are perfectly combined aboard the 'Eersteling'. The deck in teak wood is perfect for sunbathing and looking out from the back deck over the region. The kitchen provides a perfect view on what is going on outside and the cosy living room is very pleasant. The ship will be anchored in the harbour of Monnickendam during your holiday. It is an ideal opportunity for a different weekend or week break in a very authentic atmosphere!
