A Beautiful spacious apartment that sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-1 has a luxurious jauzzi bath (for 2) The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you could wish for and more. The lounge is spacious but cosy with a log fire to complement the centeral heating and has chunky wooden furniture. It is Superbly located within easy walking distance of both Bansko and the Ski resort.
The superb facilities include indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, wellness centre, gym, childrens area, conference room, restaurant, billard bar, coffee/lobby bar, ski storage, 24hr reception, underground parking & free logs.
Bansko is a superb modern ski resort. It hosts the traditional Jazz Festival; Bulgarian Folk Festival and many other events during the summer months. The town attracts visitors to its 120 cultural monuments, museums and exhibitions including the Holy Trinity Church with its 30m high bell tower, clock, murals and wood carvings.
Individually designed by the owners to a high standard, this beautiful apartment offers exceptional comfort and facilities. Use of the heated indoor pool, Sauna, steam room and Gym are all free to our guests. All you will pay for is any of the Massage Treatments you may decide to have.
The spacious entrance hall provides ample room for coats, shoes, ski gear and luggage with doors leading from the hall to the lounge, bedroom and shower room. The dining table is extendable and seats 8 with plenty of crockery, glasses and anything else you can think of thrown in.
The lounge has a comfortable 3 piece suit which includes a sofa bed. All the furniture in the lounge is solid sheesham wood and the cosy log fire adds atmostphere and warmth for those relaxing evenings in. (Logs are free and available from the Garage below)There is also a TV, DVD and stereo player available with a selection of board games, music cd’s and films for your enjoyment.
Each bedroom has its own balcony with views of the mountains and is furnished with mirrored wardrobes, plenty of hangers, a dressing table, bed side units and wall lights. High quality bed linen is provided for your comfort.
The luxury kitchen with under unit lighting and breakfast bar is fully fitted, with oven, hob and extractor, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There has been no expense spared to make your stay as luxurious enjoyable as possible.
The apartment is accessed through reception either by lift or stairs and outside there is a pleasant garden with a water fountain and barbecue area for any guests to use. The apartment is appromimaly 300m from the Gondola, however there is a shuttle bus running every 15 mins there and back for use by Mountain Paradise guests.

Bedrooms:
1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom. Two double bedrooms with chunky solid wood furniture
and mirrored wardrobes, with lots of hanging and storage. Both bedrooms can be twin or double and all our bed linen is of the highest quality.
Bathrooms:
1 Bathroom, 1 Shower. Tiled floor to ceiling, our two bathrooms give a feeling of space and luxury. One is a shower suite whilst the ensuite has a shower and additional jaccuzi twin bath with a tiled ledge for candles.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Every item you could want is in the kitchen plus some more you didnt know you needed until now! The washer is also a dryer and there's also a toaster. No expence has been spared on quality or choice.

Real Fire, Central Heating, Maid Service, House Linen, Internet Access. Reception is open 24hrs. There is a Mountain Paradise shuttle bus every 15 minutes during ski season to the Gondola and back (less than 5 mins) Car parking, ski storage and logs are all free.

Seating for 8. There is plenty dining for 8 with extra luxury items thrown in. The beautiful solid wood table can seat 4 or be extended for 8 with matching chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 high stools.

Surrounded by The Pirin, Rila and Rhodopa mountains, Bansko is a beautiful mountain resort with fabulous scenic walks and beautiful lakes to enjoy. It is an all seasons resort that has opportunities for a variety of active outdoor pursuits including skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, golfing, quad biking, fishing, mountain biking, mountaineering, hiking, hunting, horse riding, bowling, walking and para gliding.
Bansko not only offers a world class ski resort with modern ski infrastructure and an enviable snow record, but unlike many of it's worldwide ski competitors is also a genuine thriving town full of charm and culture which is lively throughout the year. There are good local markets where people sell their hand crafted traditional wares in a town that is steeped with tradition, warm, welcoming and friendly.
Eating and drinking in Bansko is a fabulous experience with almost 100 mehanas (taverns), offering food and drinks at prices less than a third of those in Western Europe There are also many traditional and modern restaurants with bars providing a vibrant night life and mouth watering meals.
Bansko enjoys a relatively short but very warm summer and long winter producing excellent snow conditions. Due to a multi-million Euro project Bansko ski area has recently seen the installation of new lifts, including an eight-person gondola, adding to the popularity of the resort. The ski area is particularly well suited to beginners and intermediates, with slopes also giving access to some good off-piste skiing, snowboarding and night skiing.
There are several mountain resterants and a 16km snow packed run all the way back to the village, where you can end your day at the popular Apre Ski Bar. There is always snow due to the sophisticated snow cannons with : 8 (blue) beginner slopes, 11 (red), intermediate slopes, 1 (black) advanced slope and 15 lifts: (1 Gondola, 7 High Speed Chairs, 7 Drags).

Rental Notes: We have a superb English speaking management agency who will greet you upon arrival, offer you a drink and ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. They will show you around the apartment and answer any initial questions you may have. They can also assist with booking ski rental and trips.
Change over day is flexible and dependant on any pre-booked guests as is the arrival and departure times.
The apartment is fully cleaned at the end of each week however extra cleaning is available should you require it, just ask our management company on arrival.
