The apartment consists of 1 double bedded room, 1 twin bedded room, lounge with sofa-bed, and fully equiped kitchen. The balcony is accessable from the main bedroom and the lounge.

The apartment is a short walk from Almoradi town centre which is a typical small Spanish working town. All facilities are close by including supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. There is a medical facility close to the apartment and a main general hospital 15 minutes drive away at Orihuela. A very busy, lively local market takes place in the town square every Saturday with live music and pavement cafes.
For children there are plenty of attractions in and around the area, apart from the swimming pool at the apartments, and the beaches there are two water parks, one quite close that would suit youngsters up to about eight or nine, and one at Torrevieja which is intended for older children and adults, then there is a safari park about hlaf an hour away.
There are six golf courses in the area:- Golf la Finca, Algorfa - 3km., La Marquesa golf club - 12km. Campoamor golf club - 20km. Villamartin Golf - 25km. Club de Golf las Ramblas de Orihuela - 30km. Golf de Bonalba - 50km. There is much to do in the area for both golfers and non-golfers.
The city of Alicante is a 40 minute drive, with beautiful beaches, excellent shops and restaurants. Elche is a short drive away, a beautiful historic old city with many Moorish connections. A 30 minute drive will bring you to the Mediterranean beaches at Guardamar del Segura. Almoradi is situated mid way between Alicante and Murcia airports and is a 40-45 minute drive from each. For those who would prefer not to hire a car, airport pick-ups can be arranged on request by our local agent Chris Kelly who is also happy to taxi guests around the area, including beaches, golf courses, Alicante, Torrevieja, etc. Chris Kelly is a fluent Spanish speaker and is more than happy to help out with translations, for instance should you be unfortunate enough to require a local doctor or hospital treatment.

Local activities in and around Almoradi, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The nearest beaches are at Guardamar del Segura, but this whole stretch of coast is one long glorious beach, liberally supplied with restaurants and bars. All the local golf clubs welcome guest players and details can be provided on request.
From Murcia follow the signs for Alicante and leave the motorway (A37 toll road) at the Almoradi turn-off. Road and town maps with directions will be provided when a booking is confirmed.
