The lounge area is complete with a 3 seater double bed-settee (plus single pull-out bed), armchair, TV, DVD, CD system and ceiling fan. The dining area is equipped with table and chairs plus the use of a highchair can be arranged if applicable. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils, plus ironing facilities. Also on the ground floor you will find a cloakroom W.C. and garden with patio area plus table/chairs and BBQ.
On the upper level there are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, plus a family bathroom. Bed Linen and towels are provided and for clients staying more than 7 nights, there will be a weekly maid service. A safe deposit box is also available for use within the apartment.
Within close proximity of the apartment you will find a supermarket with cash point facilities, car hire and a few bars and restaurants. There is also a local bus service which gives you access to explore the island.

Although we cannot stop smoking in the apartment, it is requested that this be outside and use the ashtrays accordingly.

You are 5 minutes walk from the sea, where you will find an attractive costal walk to the main town of Costa Caleta situated only 2km away. The PGA Championship golf course and Atlantico Shopping Centre are only a 5 minute drive away or you could take the free bus which is run by the Elba Hotel group situated close by. This takes you to the beach, golf course and shopping centre.
Within close proximity of the apartment you will find a supermarket with cash point facilities, car hire, taxi rank and a few bars and restaurants. There is a local bus service which gives you access to explore the island.
The property is situated approx. 10 mins from the airport in Costa Antigua (also known as Nuevo Horizonte).
