Our brand new, first floor apartment in the quality Predela complex sleeps up to 5 and is a prime location, just up the road from the prestigous Kempinski and less than 3 minutes walk to the main Gondola station. (You can even ski to the Gondola Station weather permitting ) It is also within easy walking distance of the historic old town with it's shops, stone houses and cosy taverns.
Smartly furnished, the first-floor apartment offers central heating throughout and a open fireplace in the lounge. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed plus a single folding bed in the lounge. The fully fitted bathroom with shower cubical. Open-plan living with well equipped fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer and microwave oven. Iron and ironing board provided. The comfortable living/dining area has table and 4 chairs, also Sat TV Sky Sports etc DVD. Balcony accessible from lounge and bedroom.

Bright, south- facing leisure facility, Indoor swimming Pool with glass roof structure, Hot Tub,( Jacuzzi) Fitness Room, Sauna and bar. Towels and bedding provided, Daily light cleaning (not washing up) and emptying of bins. Full clean at end of stay. We will arrange the handover of keys through our agent in Bansko, for daytime arrivals they also offer a welcome drink. Out of courtsey too all our guests no smoking in the apartment please. Chidren welcome, not suitable for wheelchairs, lift available.
Local activities in & around Bansko: The historic town of Bansko is located in the Pirin Mountains.It is an all seasons resort about 160 Km south of Sofia at the foothills of the Pirin National Park. Bansko's cobbled streets are steeped in history and culture with traditional stone built houses and family-run bars and restaurants (Mehanas) The town is a fast growing mountain resort, widely recognized as the best Ski Resort in Bulgaria. Bansko offers fantastic value for money with food and drink around one-third of the cost of typical French resorts.
Bansko boasts a long ski season running from mid December until mid April. Recently the subject of massive investment, it has a state-of the art lift network with new Gondola and access to over 65 Kms of mostly tree lined pistes with good off-piste opportunities. There are snow cannons and the final 7 Km is a floodlit gentle blue back to town.(Ski within 50m of Predela) Bansko boasts Bulgaria's first terrain park, there is also cross-country sking or walking,with snow-shoe walks also planned.
The new outdoor ice rink in the town is already popular. The perfect place for a sking holiday, Bansko is also an ideal base for a mountain activity holiday at other times of the year, Bansko is renowned for Hiking, with marked trails throughout the scenic National Park with it's beautiful lakes and forests. Other activities include mountain biking,white water rafting,horse riding and an Ian Woosnam designed golf course.
