Large villa sleeps 4/6. A 2 bedroom villa with shared pool set on a peaceful pine covered hillside amongst mature shrubs and trees. Beautiful views over Gocek town, marina and the sea.
If you are seeking peace and quiet there is no where better than Rosmarin, it is difficult to drag yourself away from the terrace and the views of the sea and marinas.
There are sunbeds on the terrace so you can soak up the rays or you can snooze in the shade under the tree in the hammock.
The BBQ area is perfect for a lunch or supper with wonderful views of the sea.
If you fancy a leisurely walk down to the town, then it is a very pleasant 25mins walk and you can rewad yourself with a cold beer and a meal in one of the many waterside cafes and restaurants.

The villa is one of an exlusive group of quality villas set on the stunning pine covered hillside amongst well tended gardens full of colourful flowers and mature shrubs. You can watch the many sailing boats in the pretty bay while eating alfresco on the terrace. There is a BBQ area with sea views and seating. Also a suntrap terrace for sunbathing. The large shared pool is only a few short steps from the villa and has a bar serving snacks and drinks during the season. The villa is available to non smokers.

Local activities in and around Gocek, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Gocek town started life as a small fishing village and now has several smart marina's for exclusive yachts and is a favourite place for the rich and famous to visit. It remains unspoilt with no high rise hotels and no English pubs, so does not atract rowdy tourists.
The town has all the facilities you will need such as banks, butchers, fishmongers, bakers, supermarkets , greengrocers and post office, traditional turkish baths.A boat trip out to the islands is a must and there are many boats waiting to take you there. There are many waterside cafes and restaurants, all this is only 10 mins by car and approx 25 mins walk down the hillside, a bit more of a trek back up but there are Taxis in the town, fare approx 15ytl
Fethiye market (35/40 mins away by car/dolmus bus) is on Tuesday.Xanthos (historical site), Dalyan Delta with mud baths and Turtle Beach, Saklikent Gorge, Olu Deniz Lagoon are all places of interest to visit. An excursion to Ephesus is a great place to visit but is better enjoyed with an overnight stay. Gocek market is on Sunday. Inlice beach (volcanic sand) is 10 mins away by car, this is a beautiful place backed by a wooded area; it has a cafe on the beachfront and is a lovely place to relax.
The villa is 20/25 mins from Dalaman airport by car/taxi. Flights are available from all major UK airports. Transfers too and from the airport with a reliable person can be arranged if you wish .
