This attractive apartment offers the facilities of a balconey plus a private roof terrace. Newely refurbished, this apartmment boasts a new modern kitchen, and new modern bathroom. All furniture was replaced earlier this year. Air conditioning was also installed. This apartment is near but not on top of the new Dolphin Pool area. The shops and bars are a short walk away, but not near enough for any noise. The apartment is fully double glazed.

The kitchen area now has Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Modern Cooker, Washing Machine, Microwave, plus a large granite work area, typically home from home. The living room area opens on to a semi covered balcony, the balcony looks over the new Dophin Pool area. The main air conditioning unit is installed in the living room area, where there is a neat table and chairs, comfortable leather seating, coffee table, television, dvd.
Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and two single beds each room. Last year we invested in new beds, bedding, curtains and all furnishings and furniture. The Bathroom has new and modern utilities. The apartment is quiet as it is fully double glazed. The roof terrace has summer furniture and sunbeds, this is a private area.
The apartment is in the Old Village, a very pretty area, with cobbled streets, the apartment buildings are modeled on an italian piazza, all of the buildings are of pastel colours. This apartment is ideal for golfers, there are many golf clubs nearby.
In the Old village there is a Supermarket, Cafe bars, and Restuarants. The Old Village has three pool areas, Princess Gardens which is more suitable to adults although children are welcome. The main pool which is suitable for young children and babies, due to the shallow end. The Dolphin pool more suitable for older children and adults. Each pool has a bar area that serves drinks and food.
The main Marina in Vilamoura is 10 - 15 mins walk away. The Marina is very impressive with restuarants and designer shops. The beach is 10-15 mins walk in fact just on from the Marina, for the more affulent there is a Nickys Beach area with four poster beds on the sand and Restuarant. Many watersports can be booked at the marina.

The aparment is accessed by a short staircase, as long as the elderly could climb the stairs the apartment is on one level. Smokers would be asked to only smoke on the balcony.
Local activities in and around Vilamoura, Central Algarve
The main activity of the area is Golf, there are many golf courses nearby which can be booked though our managing agent. Villa Sol, Millenium, Victoria, The Old Course are just some that are nearby. Watersports can be booked through our managing agent or at the marina. A short drive away there are waterparks suitable for adults and children.
On Saturdays and Wednesdays there are markets at Quarteira and Loule. A short drive away there is Algarve Shopping all modern shops, well worth a visit by the ladies.
At Faro airport you can get a cab which will cost around 25 euros to the Old Village. Car hire is available at the airport. We can also arrange car hire through our managing agent.
