My townhouse is located on the Regal Palms Resort which is a walled and gated community offering superb on-site leisure activities, including the club house with restaurant and bar. There is a gym, spa and health and beauty centre.
The private grounds include a large tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls and water slide.
Situated near to the 18 hole par 72 Highland Reserve Golf course and approx 10 mins from Disney there is something for everybody!

My fully furnished and equipped property has over 1300 sq ft for your enjoyment. The ground floor comprises of a covered entrance porch, entrance foyer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and great room.
There is also a covered terrace and a queen size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite facilities, third and forth bedrooms with twin singles and a family bathroom. There is parking for two vehicles.
If it's sun, fun, shopping or golf my property is perfectly suited for your holiday needs! Ideally located for Walt Disney World Resort, with Seaworld, Universal et al all just a short drive away everything you need for a fantastic vacation is at hand. There are nearby bars and restaurants at BerryTown less than half a mile away. If that is too far to go chill out at the Regal Palm Resort clubhouse and make use of their excellent facilities. There's even a shuttle bus daily to some of the bigger attractions in the Orlando area. The clubhouse reception is open 24 hours and can assist you in any matter.

Rental Notes: Guests must depart the accommodation at 10.00am. If more time is required an additional fee is payable to the resort. Guests can check-in at the clubhouse any time after 4.00pm. You will need a booking reference obtained once full payment of rental fee is made.
