Attractive traditional cottage is situated in a quiet rural location yet within a short drive of the coastal villages of the East Neuk and 7.5 miles from St Andrews. A small sun room overlooks the enchanting sheltered garden which has been lovingly planted over the years. The sitting room has a real stove and the kitchen is modern and welcoming. There is private parking for two vehicles at the side of the cottage, and side access for bikes etc.
The accommodation is all on one level, and comprises:-
A sitting room with solid fuel stove and sofa bed for occasional guests. The kitchen is a bright and welcoming room with table and chairs at one end and window overlooking the garden.
Bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, wc and wash basin. Twin bedroom with two single beds and a master bedroom with king-sized bed and wardrobe. Sun Room with table/chairs overlooking the garden.

Pittenweem has become famous for its annual arts festival providing visitors with a week long fest of local folk music, crafts and fine art exhibitions made all the more interesting by a majority of the venues being local people’s homes. It is a wonderful location from which to explore the East Neuk of Fife by car, bicycle or on foot. Whatever time of year you decide to come you will receive a warm and friendly welcome.
