Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Hastings are all within a 30 minutes drive and Dover is only 45 minutes drive for day trips to Europe. Within 200 yards of the property is to be found the local pub offering good food. There are many footpaths and walks leading through to Staplehurst and other neighbouring villages.
