Patio doors lead to the enclosed garden which faces the pool area. Relax and soak up the sun, or enjoy a BBQ, a table & 6 chairs are provided. Also on the ground floor is a WC and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave.
Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and views out to the pool & gardens. A further flight of stairs takes you to the double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The bedroom consists of a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors with views to the pool & gardens.
The large swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens are located at the rear of the property and is in a secure gated complex.

The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Duquesa. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike.
The townhouse is situated near to the beach, about a 5 minute walk where you will find a chiriguito (beach bar) which offers a large selection of fresh seafood and traditional spanish food. A further 10 minute walk along the beach will take you to Sabinillas, with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours! Next to Sabinillas is the port of Duquesa, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
