Situated in Fontaine du Vaucluse, just a stones throw from the centre of the village and close to Gordes and l’Isle sur la Sorgue, this village farmhouse, which was built in 1870, has just been very tastefully restored and is now offered as a holiday rental property.
Patina finishes and fine materials add a great deal of charm to this farmhouse.
On the ground floor: Entrance hall leading to a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven and four gas rings) and laundry room with washing machine. Living room with bay window leading out to the garden and stairs going up to the first floor.
On the first floor: Very large living room with 2 single beds, a double bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. A twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom. Stairs lead from the dining room up to the first floor.
Outdoor amenities: Kitchen garden with a 4 x 6m swimming pool, shaded terrace under a pergola with wrought iron garden furniture and parasol. Parking space for 1 or 2 cars in front of the farmhouse.
