Spacious self-catering stone Villa in Perast. The villa is just 20 metres from the sea on the Boka Kotora Fjord and has recently been refurbished keeping in touch with its Venetian Gothic Heritage. All three bedrooms have breathtaking views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Perast is a picturesque old nautical town with a strong Venetian influence and perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns of Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi.
Perast is just over 1 hours drive from Dubrovnik airport (Croatia) although allow extra time during High season and 20 minutes from Tivat airport. Car hire is recommended but we can also arrange pick up from the airport by taxi.
The villa is large,south facing and enjoys long hours of sunshine, situated less than 20 metres from the water front, with beautiful views over the Bay of Kotor from all three bedrooms. It has recently been refurbished and is stylish, yet remaining in touch with the Venetian Gothic Heritage.
The ground floor is open plan with sitting area including double sofa bed,satellite TV, DVD, kitchen,dining and log burning stove for winter rentals. All rooms have air conditioning/heating and bedrooms have oil fired heaters for the mild winter. 1st Floor has a large master bedroom with king size double bed and shower room with wc. 2nd Floor has a twin bedroom, double bedroom and shower room with large shower, wc and washing machine.
All along the sea front are small jetties for swimming and sunbathing and either end of Perast you have long jetty type beaches one with beach bar and one with a boules area. The two islands of St George and Our Lady of the Rock are close by and can be visited in one of the small boats leaving from the square. The town is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum.
Perast has one hotel, which is surrounded in the summer months by small bars and restaurants. During the winter there is one restaurant open near the villa, a post office and small shop for essentials, there is also a good local bus service running between Risan and Kotor every half hour.

Local activities in and around Perast, Western Montenegro
Perast is situated in one of the four Montenegrin seaside regions, Boka Kotorska is made up of four beautiful bays, it is adorned by historic towns and surrounded by wild and rugged mountains. This stunning Fjord is a true visitors delight, full of scenic variety, charm and exploring potential.
Kotor is situated at the bottom of the Bay of Kotor and is a UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The old town has managed to keep its medieval Mediterranean atmosphere with narrow, zigzag streets and churches dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. Inside the old town there are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a lively night life during the holiday season. Kotor has a daily market for fresh produce and day trips can be arranged from the Harbour.
Montenegro enjoys a warm mediterranean climate with sea temperatures ranging from 12 degrees C in February to 25 degrees C in August. There is a host of activities available in Montenegro: Canoeing, handgliding, paragliding, rock climbing, diving, snorkeling, sailing, walking, mountain biking.
Slightly inland on the Skadar lake is the biggest harbour for birds in Europe, sometimes over 270 species can be found. Further inland there is white water rafting and canoeing on the river Tara and also ski resorts although at the moment they are like Scotland 20 years age.
Vila Hollick is located the Kotor end of Perast near to the Otok Bronza Konoba restrauant, set back between the house with nautical windows and the house with the wooden trellis terrace.

Booking is easy, just contact us with the dates you would like, no set change over days but minimum stay is 3 nights Low season and 1 week High Season.
Prices are based on 6 people renting, additional guests are 75 Euros per week per guest. Special discounts may be available on last minute bookings.
All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking, the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euro's via bank transfer. A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
A one off residential tax of 3 euros per person and a local tax of 80 cents per person a day needs paying within 24 hrs of arriving, our agent will advise you. Departure time is before 11a.m and arrival anytime after 4pm.
Winter rentals are subject to a charge for electricity.
