The gite is located in a part of the house of the owners. The gite has has one ground floor and one garden floor, each level having access to outside. The access to the swimming pool and the shaded terrace is done by the garden floor. The pool is shared with the owner. It is equipped with an alarm in conformity with the security reglementation. The gite has a surface of about 50 m².
