Brand new 2 bedroomed apartment. Three minutes walk to one of the longest, and most beautiful beaches in Portugal, and also three minutes walk into countyside. The restaurants, coffee bars, banks, supermarkets, and outdoor swimming pools are within easy walking distance.
There are 10 golf courses within 30 minutes drive. ZooMarina, and Algarve's famous Aqualand are also close (the free Aqualand bus runs a short distance from the apartment). The Algarve shopping centre which includes shops, restaurants, and a bowling alley is 7 kms away. It's really easy to get here, low cost airlines run from most UK airports, and we can help you to find low cost flights. Faro airport is 35 minutes away by car, and we can organise airport pick ups. It is not necessary to hire a car as all facilities are within walking distance. Local buses run to Lagos, Portimao, Albufeira, and Faro.
The apartment is new with two bedrooms, and balcony with outdoor furniture. Air-conditioning in all rooms which can be used for cooling or heating. It has electrically operated shutters to all windows, which assist in keeping the apartment cool, and enhance security. It is a first floor apartment with a lift. Each bedroom has twin beds, lots of wardrobe space. We also have a travel cot available. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, bidet, mirror, hairdryer supplied.
The lounge has a three seater settee which converts into a double bed, and a two seater settee. Dining area with table, and six chairs. Amenities provided are hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, iron, ironing board, DVD player, sterio system, and safe.

It is a first floor apartment with a lift. There are 4 steps up to lift, but no ramp. It is only a short walk to the town with only gentle hills. Mainly flat.
Local activities in and around Armacao de Pera, Central Algarve
There are many local activities in Armacao De Pera for all ages:-
Two Waterparks- one at Lagoa another at Alcantarilla. Zoomarina, where you can swim with dolphins.
Windsurfing, pedalos, snorkelling, swimming, surfing on the beautiful beach of Armacao De Pera, cave and dolphin trips, cycle hire, the famous sand sculptures, horse riding at Quinta de Saudade, fishing and cliff walks and country walks. There is a cafe nearby with two large out door swimming pools.
Numerous first class golf courses, visit the marinas at Albufeira and Vilamoura.
Local bus to Lagos, Portimao, Albufeira and Faro, numerous fruit and veg markets, gypsy markets, visit the town of Silves with its Moorish castle.
Amercao De Pera is between Albufeira, and Carvoeiro. From airport take A22 westbound towards Portimao. After about 30 minutes driving look for signs for Armacao De Pera.
