Partridge Holme is an old sail makers cottage built of traditional slate, in 1889. Set in a quiet backwater of Bowness, its terrific location means only a short walk to Windermere Lake, shops, restaurants, pubs and the nearby New England Hotel - New Spa facility. Local walks are within striking distance. This cottage has been restored and upgraded to a very high standard - with a balanced mix of modern new contemporary furnishings - offering a cosy and relaxed decor.
Entering the cottage, the open plan interior has been created to offer a comfortable and a warm welcome. The kitchen welcomes the cooks' amongst you. The two Bedrooms offer sumptuous bedding both on the Sleigh bed in the master bedroom and single bed with pull out divan - and a fun captains bunk bed for the kids - in the second bedroom.
A modern bathroom completes the care and attention, spent making this cottage an ideal Holiday retreat in the Lakes. A Free Car Parking permit linked with the cottage - allows free car parking, to listed car parks throughout the Lakes.

Drive into Bowness, down the High st, to roundabout. Turn right onto Rayrigg road. Turn 1st left, road 'S' bends to 'T' junc. 1st left - towards 'White House' Inn, then 1st right: Lowside road.
