Villa Santa Eulália is a very pleasant, cosy semi- detached 4 bedroom property in a secluded area with large private swimming pool, a sunny terrace surrounded by a wonderful landscape garden. Located in Santa Eulália, between Olhos de Água and Oura, the house is perfect for a beach holiday, has walking distance to the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops and the popular Strip are at walking distance from the property. Car hire is optional. This lovely spacious property is suitable for all ages, great for sunbathing, rest, relax and having fun.
The property is in a quiet and private area, facing the beautiful nature and with partial sea view. House is at one level, in the first floor, with steps access. The features of this Villa are: Inside, there are four confortable bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed each, facing north (with partial sea view) and another two bedrooms with two twin single beds each, facing south (with poolside and surrounding area view). All bedrooms are lovely decorated, they have fitted wardrobes and bedroom cabinets. Each bedroom has a sunny balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding area. There are three bathrooms: two complete with bath (shower on top) and another simple with wc and sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, seating for 8 persons. There are two lounges with comfortable sofas with Satellite Tv, Dvd player and books. The lounges are spacious and have access to the balcony.
In the outside, there is a private swimming pool with own shower that measures (8m x 4m), the depth is 0,95m x 1,50m x 2,10m). Sun loungers (8) and umbrellas are available for staying beside the pool.Around the pool there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for seating 8 persons comfortably and a charcoal barbecue.
The property has privacy, sunny perfect for sun bathing. There are beautiful trees and plants around the pool, offering also the shade and a very pretty natural decoration. Just at the entrance of the property there is a private safe parking for your car.

Local activities in and around Olhos de Agua, Albufeira
Villa Santa Eulália has central location, the car hire is optional. Just in front of the property there is a traditional restaurant and many others close by in Oura. Supermarkets, bars, shops and the beaches are at walking distance. Shops, banks, pharmacies and bike rental in the local area. There is a bus stop and taxi rank within a 10 mins walk from the property.
The closest beach is Santa Eulália, just 500m from the property. A lovely beach with bars, disco and a restaurant with stunning views. There are many quality bars in Oura with large screens with Sky Sports (live football), live music, karaoke, free style barmans and sexy dancers. The strip of Oura is a popular place, with its beautiful girls doing lap dances and private sessions if you require. Discos are located near the beaches of Oura and Aveiros with international djs, lady's night and foam parties closing in the dawn. The Strip, bars and discos can be reached walking.
If you like to play golf you can go walking to the nearest Balaia Golf Village. By car you can go to the Sheraton Pine Cliffs or to Salgados Golf Course. Tennis courts nearby in Club Med or Hotel Montechoro.
If you have children you can take them to the water parks, there are touristic agencies in Oura, where you can find transport to take you to the water parks Aqualand, Slide and Splash and thematic parks like Zoomarine and Krazyworld. The Algarve Shopping center is aproximately 12km from the property with its many shops, ten-pin bowling, restaurants like McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut and a cinema with 9 theatres, showing everyday the most recent movies.
Albufeira Marina is a wonderful place to look with its many shops, restaurants, offering also fantastic boats. You can choose your favorite cruise around the beaches to dicover the coast (some with barbecue and champagne option). Visit the caves, watch the dolphin's, fish the conger, reef or the shark.
