Beautifully furnished 2 bed, 2 bathroomed fully air-conditioned villa with its own private 8 x 4m pool set in a 400sqm plot with a walled garden for your privacy. On entering the property, on the right is the smaller patio area, filled with Mediterranean flowering plants and containing a glass topped table, 4 chairs and a parasol - superb for breakfast! Outside the villa is the lovely shady terrace, which is very nicely furnished with a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs, small table and plants and is lit at night - making it perfect for drinks in the evening!
On entering the villa itself, the air-conditioned lounge area is very thoughtfully furnished and contains 2 sofas (one 3 seater, one 2 seater), coffee table, side table, lamps and pictures as well as a traditional Spanish fireplace. For your entertainment there is Digital TV, DVD/MP3 player as well as a bookcase filled with paperbacks, a selection of CD's, DVD’s and board games as well as a separate Hi Fi/ CD system.
The dining area features a dining table and 4 chairs as well as pictures, plants and a matching wall unit. As you can see, no expense has been spared in furnishing this property to the highest standard.
Moving through to the spacious and well fitted kitchen, you will find an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee machine plus an excellent selection of utensils. There is also an iron, ironing board and airer.
From the kitchen, steps lead down to the very spacious patio area containing a large glass topped table, 6 chairs, parasol, palm trees and plants. This area (as with the entire garden) is lit at night for your enjoyment.
The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps as well as a 6 drawer pine chest, mirror, pictures, full length mirror and double built in wardrobe. There are also blankets for winter lets - in addition to the reversible air-conditioning / heating. For the smaller travellers a travel cot is included!
Along a small passageway from the master bedroom is the second bedroom, also air-conditioned, containing twin beds, beside cabinets, lamp, pictures, mirror, 6 drawer pine chest plus 2 double built in wardrobes containing hanging shelves. There are also blankets for winter lets - in addition to the reversible air-conditioning / heating.
Moving round to the pool area (which has its own separate shower), you will find the stunning 8 x 4m pool with Roman steps. In addition there are 4 sunloungers, 2 small tables, BBQ and a bench for relaxing in that great Spanish sun! But that is not all! There is a rear patio containing another bench plus a table tennis table, flowers, shrubs and palm tree and is also lit at night! The very spacious roof terrace contains 4 additional sunloungers, table and 6 chairs, 2 tables and a parasol. The beach is less than a 3 minute drive away!

Local activities in and around Gran Alacant, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The area has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also for those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to the superb city of Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Less than 40 minutes by car is the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Close to Gran Alacant is the typically Spanish resort town of Los Arenales. facing onto miles of sandy beaches Los Arenales is a popular weekend retreat for people from Alicante and further afield. In the resort itself are numerous bars and restaurants, some with beach and sea views and some with views to Alicante across the bay. During spring and summer watersports of all types are available.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the nature reserve which surrounds Gran Alacant.
The typically Spanish town of Santa Pola is a few minutes drive away with it busy harbour area and developing marina area. A wide array of shops, bars and restaurants area available as well as regular boat trips to the peaceful Tabarca Island.

The ideal place to enjoy nature and watch lions, tigers, camels. monkeys and hippos. You can also visit the crocodile farm with over 200 crocs and alligators. Located on the Santa Pola to Elche road.
Europe's biggest theme park covering 105 hectares and found just outside Benidorm. Huge car parking area. Large number of rides for children and adults of all ages. Over 80 restaurants and cafes. A full day out. Easily reached from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Located next to Terra Mitica and open all year round. Split into 4 areas this park has over 1500 animals in near natural habitat. Try the 50kmph zip wire over the elephants or swim with rays and sharks. Easy access from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Opened in 1999 this Roland Favrat designed course is about 20 minutes north of Alicante on the A31 Madrid motorway. Club house, cafe, bar, restaurant, club hire, cart/caddie hire, lessons and practice ground.
Located in Mutxamel, Bonalba Golf is about 30 minutes from Alicante. Club hire, caddie/cart hire, lessons, practice ground, pro shop, cafe, restaurant, games room, changing rooms.
