This very attractive and nicely furnished, first floor 3 bedroom apartment, overlooking the pool, has all you would expect in a property of this standard. The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa and chair, rug, coffee table and pictures as well a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer months. For your entertainment there is Satellite TV (with UK channels), video, stereo radio cassette and a selection of paperbacks. There is also a radiator and fan heater for winter lets.
The lounge also has patio doors leading a private balcony which overlooks the pool and garden area and contains a table and 4 chairs - perfect for relaxing! The dining area contains a dining table and 4 chairs which extends to seat up to 6 people. The well equipped kitchen has oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, kettle and toaster as well as a good selection of utensils.
The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside cabinets, pictures and lamps plus a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer nights. There is also a built in double wardrobe with a 4 drawer chest as well as a safe for storing your valuables safely during your stay.In addition the master bedroom has en suite facilities, containing a WC, shower, basin and mirror.
The second bedroom has twin beds, pictures, bedside cabinets, as well as a built in double wardrobe with a 3 drawer chest plus a ceiling fan for your comfort. The third bedroom also has twin beds, pictures, bedside cabinets, lamp and built in double wardrobe as well as a ceiling fan. The main bathroom consists of a bath (with shower over), WC and bidet plus a marble topped vanity unit with mirror and spotlights above.
The solarium, reached by internal marble stairs, is perfect for catching up on the all-important tan, and has views of the mountains and Alicante Bay and contains a patio table, 8 chairs and 4 sunloungers. The property overlooks the lovely communal pool, which has a separate children's section - which makes it ideal for families! If you are staying longer than a week, the property will be cleaned weekly - including a full linen change at no extra cost!
The superb beach is just a 15 minute walk away downhill!

Local activities in and around Gran Alacant, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The area has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also for those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to the superb city of Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Less than 40 minutes by car is the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Close to Gran Alacant is the typically Spanish resort town of Los Arenales. facing onto miles of sandy beaches Los Arenales is a popular weekend retreat for people from Alicante and further afield. In the resort itself are numerous bars and restaurants, some with beach and sea views and some with views to Alicante across the bay. During spring and summer watersports of all types are available.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the nature reserve which surrounds Gran Alacant.
The typically Spanish town of Santa Pola is a few minutes drive away with it busy harbour area and developing marina area. A wide array of shops, bars and restaurants area available as well as regular boat trips to the peaceful Tabarca Island.

The ideal place to enjoy nature and watch lions, tigers, camels. monkeys and hippos. You can also visit the crocodile farm with over 200 crocs and alligators. Located on the Santa Pola to Elche road.
Europe's biggest theme park covering 105 hectares and found just outside Benidorm. Huge car parking area. Large number of rides for children and adults of all ages. Over 80 restaurants and cafes. A full day out. Easily reached from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Located next to Terra Mitica and open all year round. Split into 4 areas this park has over 1500 animals in near natural habitat. Try the 50kmph zip wire over the elephants or swim with rays and sharks. Easy access from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Opened in 1999 this Roland Favrat designed course is about 20 minutes north of Alicante on the A31 Madrid motorway. Club house, cafe, bar, restaurant, club hire, cart/caddie hire, lessons and practice ground.
Located in Mutxamel, Bonalba Golf is about 30 minutes from Alicante. Club hire, caddie/cart hire, lessons, practice ground, pro shop, cafe, restaurant, games room, changing rooms.
