This luxury property is set in a fabulous valley just behind Arrieta Beach. It is Uniquely set on an estate of 30,000 meters of land and boasts spectacular sea and mountain views. The area was originally farming land and has two natural wells, the house is a fully restored Aljibe 'Water Deposit' and has been styled using local stone work and wood. Its mature exotic gardens include fruit trees of Mango, Banana, Guava, Lime etc. (a bonus if you are here at the right season!) This self-catering property has a shared pool with an option to have a private pool (additional costs €210 per week), and BBQ, Dining and Chill out area.
Arrieta village is within walking distance and has the beauty of being a Canarian Fishing Village along with all amenities needed, ie. restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars etc. A wonderful place to holiday and experience the true Lanzarote life style. The island´s only 18 hole golf course, situated in Costa Teguise, is only a 15 minute drive.

This beautifully restored house is in a fabulous location over looking the beach just a two min walk to the sea in the north of the island. The pool area consists of a 10 meter lap pool, a jet pool a Polynesian style day bed with thatched roof, large open entertaining suite with 2nd kitchen, dining table, Moroccan seating area, and a guest toilet with shower.
The estate runs on wind and solar power and is a unique example of sustainable living. There are 30 solar panels, batteries and 2 large windmills. This rural beach location is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the country with the beauty of being next to the beach. There is also an added bonus of farm eggs every morning from our free range hens. This area of Lanzarote is fantastic for walking/mountain biking etc. Or maybe you just want to relax and read a good book next to the pool in peaceful surroundings. For younger clients it is worth noting there is a play house, swing & trampoline.

House Linen, Towels Provided. This property is provided with linen and towels, heating and air conditioning is not nessesary in Lanzarote.

Seating for 8. There is a large breakfast bar in the kitchen, also this property has an independante dining house outside which has a gas heater for winter.

Local activities in and around Arrieta, Lanzarote
Arrieta is a great location for walking and mountain biking. The 18 hole golf course is in Costa Teguise set at the foot of an old volcano, surrounded by 3000 palms, cactus and beautiful views to the sea. Group or individual classes are available from one of the two golf professionals. Lanzarote is ideal for water sports and boasts a good range.
Windsurfing is available from two of the nearest points to the property either on Arrieta Beach just in front of the house or at Jameos Del Agua. Costa Teguise being just 15 mins away has numerous places where you can hire equipment and have a great sail. Sea Kayak is also available in Costa Teguise. There are numerous places for diving on the island the nearest to the propery is at Arrieta Village. Kite surfing is increasing growing here and Famara beach is the main place to sail here. Surfing - best waves are either off East Coast Arrieta beach or Punta Mujeres or West Coast at Famara. You can have lessons and hire equipment at Famara. Sailing - For a day out sailing the prestigious Puerto Calero offers either private yacht or speed boat charters or a day out on a 80ft Catarmaran. Fishing - You can always go fishing either from the pier at Arrieta or go out on a boat from Puerto Calero
Sports events
A fantastic annual event on Lanzarote each year a cuadrathlon open to all ages and you can take part in all 4 sections or as a relay team.
Rental Notes: For 5 or more people charges are an extra €75 per week. Communital pool and chill out area and gardens services the 3 dwellings on the estate, this can be private to your house for €210 per week, for this you will have exclusive use of the entire pool area.
