Our first clients saw whales swimming by from the balcony. Two minutes walk from the new sea front restaurants and one minute from shops and supermarket An easy transfer from Tenerife South airport-in less than half an hour you will be enjoying a drink on the balcony. Two minutes walk from new restaurants along this unspoilt sea front. I can arrange for you to be met on arrival at the airport and taken directly to your accommodation.

This one-bedroom apartment will sleep up to four people. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and high quality fittings. It has glass doors leading out onto the balcony. The lounge has TV, DVD and music centre. The settee converts into two single beds. Glass sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony where patio furniture is provided and the view from here is stunning. The kitchen area has full oven and hob together with a microwave. There is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, bath, wc, hand basin and bidet. A DVD is provided and you can hire films . Please ask at the time of booking.

Local activities in and around Golf Del Sur, Tenerife
Situated in the sunny South of Tenerife ‘The Golf’ as it is usually referred to is less than 20 minutes drive from Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) airport. It is a purpose built resort with the island’s most extensive golf course as its hub. Your arrival here is greeted by spectacular views across green fairways and roads lined with palm trees and bougainvillea.
The area has a great choice of high-class accommodation and with the abundance of restaurants catering for all tastes Golf del Sur is very popular with golfers and non-golfers alike. It particularly appeals to couples and families looking for a quieter pace of life.
The centre of the resort, San Blas is a pedestrianised area of two large piazzas with bars, shops and restaurants. Locally there are some beautiful coastal walks. The beaches are mainly of pebbles but the local sandy beach of La Tajita is only 10 minutes drive. There are plenty of sport facilities including two gyms, tennis courts, golf, an all weather bowling green and a diving school. For children there are zoos, adventure parks and a water park.
Golf del Sur boasts a 27 hole championship course which has hosted many international events. An attractive course with striking black sand bunkers and wide fairways lined with over 8000 palm trees. Rates have just been reduced for the summer period. There is a special four-day course for beginners with coaching from the local experts. Additionally Amarilla Golf next door is an 18 hole course with some very challenging holes especially the par 3 with the sea as a fairway, forcing you to play over the ocean!

Rental Notes: Prices given are for two persons. Please add £10 per week per additional persons. 10-day breaks are sometimes available depending on existing bookings. A 15% reduction on rates is available on lets of four weeks or more.
There is a £40 key and breakages deposit on all bookings. This is refundable on safe return of the keys.
Changeover Day - Flexible but does depend on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise.
