Stunning and beautifully furnished detached and air-conditioned villa in its own grounds and on a huge plot! For your comfort, mosquito blinds have been fitted on all windows and, for the younger travellers, there is a stair gate, travel cot and child dining seat included in the cost of your holiday! Outside, the stunning south facing garden is filled with mature palms, Mediterranean plants, cacti and fruit trees!
Moving to the villa itself, the terrace, which is lit at night, contains a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or relaxing over an evening drink!
Inside, there is a small hallway complete with a unit and pictures, which leads into the lounge area. Beautifully furnished, the air-conditioned lounge contains both a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, rug, pictures, mirror, lamps and side table. For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV with some UK terrestrial and satellite channels and a DVD player.
The dining area has dining table and seating for 6 people, plus a wall unit, pictures and plants. The kitchen contains oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and sandwich toaster. Plus a gas boiler for constant hot water plus a filtered water tap, hoover, iron and ironing board and airer. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor. Again, air-conditioned and stylish furnished, it contains a 5ft ‘queen size’ bed, rugs, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures. The master bedroom also features en suite facilities, comprising of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin (with mirror and lights above) and a storage unit. For winter lets, there is also an electric wall-mounted heater. Also on the ground floor is a handy shower room/WC. Comprising of a walk in shower, WC, basin and mirror with lights overhead, it also contains a storage unit and an electric wall-mounted heater for winter stays.
The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor. Again, very comfortably and stylishly furnished, it contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and pictures, plus a double built in wardrobe containing drawer units.
Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, you find a galleried landing complete with pictures, a door to the roof terrace and the second bedroom. This lovely sunny room is also air-conditioned, has en suite facilities and features another 5ft ‘queen size’ bed, rugs, bedside cabinets, lamps, mirror and pictures. There is also a double built in wardrobe with shelving inside.
Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the roof terrace furnished with 2 sunloungers, bistro table and 2 chairs, large parasol, another table and 4 chairs and has mountain views!
The garden has 4 sunloungers, a table and 4 chairs and a water feature plus a large parasol, stone dining table, complete with 3 curved stone benches and a BBQ – what a fantastic area in which to dine!

Local activities in and around Gran Alacant, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The area has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also for those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to the superb city of Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Less than 40 minutes by car is the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Close to Gran Alacant is the typically Spanish resort town of Los Arenales. facing onto miles of sandy beaches Los Arenales is a popular weekend retreat for people from Alicante and further afield. In the resort itself are numerous bars and restaurants, some with beach and sea views and some with views to Alicante across the bay. During spring and summer watersports of all types are available.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the nature reserve which surrounds Gran Alacant.
The typically Spanish town of Santa Pola is a few minutes drive away with it busy harbour area and developing marina area. A wide array of shops, bars and restaurants area available as well as regular boat trips to the peaceful Tabarca Island.

The ideal place to enjoy nature and watch lions, tigers, camels. monkeys and hippos. You can also visit the crocodile farm with over 200 crocs and alligators. Located on the Santa Pola to Elche road.
Europe's biggest theme park covering 105 hectares and found just outside Benidorm. Huge car parking area. Large number of rides for children and adults of all ages. Over 80 restaurants and cafes. A full day out. Easily reached from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Located next to Terra Mitica and open all year round. Split into 4 areas this park has over 1500 animals in near natural habitat. Try the 50kmph zip wire over the elephants or swim with rays and sharks. Easy access from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Opened in 1999 this Roland Favrat designed course is about 20 minutes north of Alicante on the A31 Madrid motorway. Club house, cafe, bar, restaurant, club hire, cart/caddie hire, lessons and practice ground.
Located in Mutxamel, Bonalba Golf is about 30 minutes from Alicante. Club hire, caddie/cart hire, lessons, practice ground, pro shop, cafe, restaurant, games room, changing rooms.
