Villa Graciosa is a fabulous, modern villa situated in a tranquil residential area of Playa Blanca. It has a private heated pool with great views across the sea and of the island of Fuerteventura.
The villa is equipped to the highest standard with a mixture of Africa and locally made furniture. The master bedroom with full en-suite facilities and air conditioning, looks over the pool and terrace. The other bedrooms are of a good size and share another bathroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped to a standard you would expect from a luxury villa like this. There is a comfortable and well-furnished lounge and outdoor dinning area with 32" LCD TV, Satelite, DVD and CD player.
There are 2 terraces. The upper terrace has the best and very comfortable 'Sun Garden', tables and 6 chairs, whilst the lower terrace hosts the heated pool and very comfortable sun loungers.
Villa Graciosa is located in the area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from, including the highly recommended La Bocaina, Restaurant & Lounge Bar.
