Le Conte is situated in 3 acres of beautifully planted gardens, surrounded by 13 acres of grounds, with superb views across the rolling countryside. It was originally restored from a barn for use as an artist's studio but now offers its guests light and attractive accommodation and a chance to enjoy this beautiful area. There are two bikes for guests use. Le Conte has heating and is available for letting all year. Moissac, the principal town, is on the banks of the river Tarn and has lively weekend markets and a Romanesque Abbey and cloisters. Nearest main towns: Moissac & Montauban - 5 and 30 minutes.

Accommodation: The front terrace enters into an attractive sitting room with a tall beamed ceiling that is open to the roof and the galleried mezzanine bedroom. The dining area and kitchen are at the rear of the sitting room. The kitchen is fitted and has a fridge, gas cooker and a microwave. The shower-room has a separate wc and the washing machine is in the utility room. The spacious double bedroom has lovely views, is situated on the upper floor, and overlooks the sitting room. The front terrace has table, chairs and BBQ and looks across the pool and gardens.

Generally quieter than most regions, the departments covered are Lot-et-Garonne, Tarn-et-Garonne, Lot & Dordogne. The principal cities are Toulouse and Bordeaux. Between these two are major towns including: Moissac: On the banks of the Tarn river this bustling town with lively weekend markets, is famous for its Romanesque Abbey and cloisters. Montauban: County town of the Tarn-et-Garonne. This rose hued town was founded in 1144 and has an interesting old town, cathedral and the prestigious Ingres art museum.

Walibi Aquitaine, located just a few kilometres away from Agen, Walibi Aquitaine nestles in over 30 hecatres of lush greenery, and is watched over by a genuine 18th Century castle. A world filled with pleasure, with its numerous rides, spectacular shows and special events that succeed each other at a relentless pace, where everyone will spend an unforgettable day out where strong emotions, thrills, laughter and enjoyment all intermingle! Situated northwest of Agen on the A62. Open 7 days a week from the middle of June through to the end of August, and at weekends outside this time. Children (3-11 yrs)
Five ropes courses in the trees, starting at the green and blue courses for small children, and progressing in difficulty through white, red and black courses. Harnesses and instruction are included. If you are not interested in climbing, there is also mini-golf to enjoy, a small farm and the snail museum. Take a picnic and make a day of it. Situated at Lacapelle-Biron on the D420, north-west of Fumel. Open every day 0900 to 2000 during July and August, and at weekends at other times.
